In the Denver-Metro of Colorado, in the city of Cherry Hills Village, stands a house at 3600 S. Clarkson St.. This is no ordinary house, not in its structure, form or function.  This house is a sanctuary of recovery and love. A house where people gather to share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from alcoholism.  In 1985 Father George W., Tom S., and Bob M. lovingly opened this house to struggling alcoholics, and named this A.A. club “The Dragon’s Den.”

Since that day, thousands of people have passed through the doors of the Den in quiet desperation.  An immeasurable number of lives have been saved.  ”The Den” as it is referred to by its active members is a place of recovery for the following programs, Alcoholics Anonymous, Al Anon, Cocaine Anonymous, Prescription Pill Anonymous and Overeater’s Anonymous.  Recovery is happening 7 days a week at “The Den”.
